Mark van Rooyen is the lead consultant of Van Rooyen and Associates a South African based Consulting and training firm.

Mark has more than 15 years experience in facilitating change in organisations. Some of the key areas of expertise are strategic development, change management, performance management diversity, and management development.

Marks' role as a facilitator, trainer and business coach and his emphasis on practical "how to" strategies and tactics in various industries and governmental sectors, allows him to share his experiences and some proven best practices from a range of disciplines. Private and public organisations that have benefited from Mark's consulting and training services include De Beers, Anglo American, BMW SA, Telkom SA, Botswana Telecoms, Vodacom, ABSA Capital, Reserve Bank of Malawi and the Las Society of South Africa.

Peter Ndaa

Peter is a Balanced Scorecard Institute Senior Associate and Certified Balanced Scorecard Master Professional. He is a lecturer in strategic management at Strathmore Business School and a strategic management consultant. Peter has facilitated the development of scorecards for both public and private organizations.

Peter is a former Director of Strategy and Operations at Strathmore Business School where he was responsible for coordinating the development and execution of the strategy of the School and the coordinating and supervising of the school's support services functions. He has over 15 years of experience in the areas of business strategy development and implementation, business development, financial management, management information systems and human resource management.
