Ensure that you are equipped to fulfill the requirement of current Skills Development Legislation
Attend this course and acquire the following essential skills to:
1. Fully understand and communicate the philosophy and essence of the Skills Development Act & strategy and the impact it has on your organisation
2. Define a full, relevant skills development process within your company, ensuring maximum benefit for all stakeholders
3. Implement and facilitate skills development practices - including coordination, quality assurance and education.
4. Develop your workplace skills plan accurately
5. Report on your workplace skills plan
6. Develop a process to achieve quality of training provision, systems and outcomes
7. Learn all elements governing the implementation of learnerships
Accreditation
This course is aligned with the following unit standards and assessment guides are available to assist in the preparation of portfolios of evidence. Delegates can choose to prepare their portfolios of evidence, for an integrated assessment on all of the following unit standards:
1. Develop an organisational training and development plan (15217) – NQF 5 credits 6
2. Coordinate planned skills development interventions in an organisation (15232) – NQF 5 credits 6
3. Conduct skills development administration in an organisation (15227) – NQF 4 credits 4
